Refundable deposits of Rs.50,000.00 at the time of booking. This will be refunded after the function on any working day during of five hours, on submission of the official receipt (Provide that the bill is settled in full)

- Diamond Hall (600 pax) Rs. 10,000/- per extra hour
- Sapphire Hall (500 pax) Rs.8,000/- per extra hour
- Topaz Hall (250 pax) Rs. 500,000/- per extra hour
- An additional 10% will be charge for Diamond Ballroom
Food
- Beer, Soft drinks and Bites are not allowed to be brought from outside
- Corkage will be charged if liquor is to be brought from out side
- Advance of 50% should be made 03 months prior to the funtion
- Balance payment should be made three weeks prior to the funtion.
Any damages to the Hotel Property due to the negligence of the client or their guests will be recovered from the deposit paid.
Additional supervises
The entire wedding planning can be done under one roof. Settee Back, Poruwa, Flower declarations, Cake Structure, Champaign fountain, Ice Carving, Fruit Display, Live Band, DJ, Wedding Cake, Cake Boxes and invitation Cards, Hair styling & Make up, Bridle Dressing, Wedding Car and Honeymooners package.
